The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. You must complete the survey in one go and cannot return to it without starting again so leave enough time to complete the survey.

The survey is broken down into three main sections. 1) Information about you and your charity, 2) Your trustee experience and 3) What you want from a trustee match.
