If you’re looking for inspiring, useful yet affordable training, check out our upcoming events below. All of these are specifically tailored for small charities, and as well as learning new skills you’ll have the chance to meet and share ideas with others from the sector.

HR for Small Charities Workshop - London

If you’d like to learn more about HR and discuss any related issues you have encountered in the past, come along and speak with one of OneTouchTeam’s HR experts.

Selling Techniques for Small Charities

IBM believe that many charities could be even more successful if more of their staff had sales training, so they've got together with some of their leading sales staff and training employees to design a new charity skills workshop especially for small charities. Introduction to Project Management

Measuring Impact

IBM skills workshops

The Measuring Impact Master class will introduce participants to the concept of ‘outcomes thinking’ – where the focus is less on what charities do and more on why they do what they do and on what they’re seeking to achieve. The day will be an opportunity to engage in a process of critical thinking about your organisation, ideas generation and constructive challenge and dialogue with peers from the charity sector – facilitated by IBM staff.

An Introduction to Grant Fundraising Workshop – London
