These are exciting times for the Small Charities Coalition and we are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to help with the valuable work that we do. Volunteers may choose to take on a number of volunteer roles, and all roles can cover more general administrative and volunteer duties.
Position: Data Management Volunteer
Hours: At least 3 hours per week
Location: Central London with remote working a possibility
We are looking for someone to work with us to improve our databases and data management processes. The role will require you to input/ update/ clean new and existing member data on our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. To collect relevant data you will need good communication (phone and email) and have excellent attention to detail.
Position: Fundraising volunteer
Hours: approx. 2 - 3 days per week
Location: Euston, Central London
We are looking for two fundraising volunteers with strong writing skills and an enthusiasm for the work of our charity. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work within a small team. The fundraising volunteers will work with our Chief Executive to help us improve our fundraising systems, research appropriate trusts, and work with the services team to develop targeted fundraising bids.

Position: Finance volunteer
Hours: approx. 4-8 hours per week
Location: Euston, Central London
We’re looking for a finance volunteer with excellent numeracy skills and an understanding of charity finance. The volunteer will work with our Chief Executive and Management Accountant to help us improve our financial systems and reporting, administer our finances, and prepare budgets.

Position: Salesforce development volunteer
Hours: approx. 3 hours per week
Location: Central London and remote working available
We’re looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to support our charity with their Salesforce development work. Ideally, the candidate will have some Salesforce development experience although a high level of IT competency and a desire to enhance these skills is suffice. We require this help in order for our Salesforce CRM to reflect the changing nature of our charity and its services.
