The Role

Becoming a Trustee offers an exciting opportunity to play a central role in our future, to become a ground-breaking visionary at the heart of the CSTA, and actively overseeing the vital and creative work going on in the different committees. As part of a vibrant and collaborative group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the direction of the profession, on how the CSTA must develop to support fellow members, to give back to our community and to meet the needs of the public. The Trustee team currently meet approximately every four to six weeks via Zoom.

Person Specification

We welcome a variety of backgrounds, qualities, skills and craniosacral experience represented within the Trustees, we value creativity, vision, listening, reflection, practicality, grounding and attention to detail as equal aspects of our shared balance. Some Trustees may have a particular interest (not necessarily experience) in Research, PR or the Regulatory work the CSTA does such as Supervision and Accreditation. This is a voluntary role, Trustees receive 4 paid supervision sessions about their prospective roles per year; one workshop or webinar within each year of tenure; and with attendance at the Trustee meetings counting towards six hours of CPD per annum.
